[webif] Web Interface version 1.0.17 released

I've released webif 1.2.0 which uses a blue G for programmes with general guidance and a red one for those with adult content (according to the EPG data).
RS has been updated to match too. Also now showing the G against recordings (thanks for the tip Raydon).

With the release of web interface 1.2.0, this thread has been superseded by http://hummy.tv/forum/threads/webif-web-interface-version-1-2-0-released.5932/
