For the past couple of days my box has randomly rebooted itself, several times in an evening. It happens when watching live TV and recorded programmes.
Has anyone experienced this or know how I can try to fix it please?
The files came from a friend, who had no problem watching them. I'll try the vlc thing, but I'm just confused cause they worked the first couple of times
I recently put some videos onto a USB sick to watch on my HDR Fox T2. The first couple of times the mp4 files played without problem.
When I use it now it says the files are m4v type and aren't compatible. I've double checked the files on the USB stick in my laptop and it says they are mp4...
I've got some videos on a micro sd card that I'd like to watch on the Humax HDR FOX T2.
I'd prefer to keep my videos on the micro sd card rather than on a USB memory stick. My plan is to buy a micro sd to USB reader, will the Humax box be able to read the micro sd to USB reader?
Is there...
Thanks af123.
Is the custom firmware stable? I'm not adverse to a little tinkering, but I need it to be stable for the wife. Otherwise it'd be thrown out the window!
Is it possible to re-arrange the channels on my box. I'd like channel 1 to be BB1 HD and not just the standard BBC1. This would be the same for ITV1 and Channel 4 (plus BBC2 when it switches to HD)
Ah, ok. Facebook also mentioned that it was accessed by the chrome browser on windows 7. I was unsure if this was legitimate, due to the access point and browser choice
I noticed the update today also. I've tried logging into facebook & had an email saying my access was denied, as i tried to login from a different computer/ device.
I logged in through my pc to reactivate the account and it has said that the location for the unauthorised access was Seoul...
Thanks for the replies. Powering down both the Hummy & TV worked. I left both off for about ten minutes & it booted up fine.
Hopefully it wont happen again :)
I've had my HDR-FOX-T2 for about months now. This morning the box was on & working ok. I turned it off for a few minutes to play with my daughter. She then got hold of the remote & turned the TV on & switched the source to a different input. When I restarted the T2 there was nothing but a green...
Yes, the PVR button blinks as normal when a button is pressed. Its a reconditioned box, so wonder if that has anything to do with it - but i've had it 4 months, so strange its happened all of a sudden.
I left the power off overnight & it seemed to work ok this morning. But have tried again this afternoon & its playing up again.
The buttons seem to work intermittently, but more in favour of not working. I've tried changing the batteries & using the control up close but both make no difference...
Yeah, I've pressed it 101 times. But I dont get anything from it.
The box is on and works fine. Channels can be changed from the front of the machine. But for some reason it has stopped recognising the remote control. It really is odd
