After not using my PVR with the customised FW for close to 12 months , (it was still powered up and working), I've run into a problem with the web interface, when I attempt to connect to it all I get is the top banner displayed with the disk chart and VFR display and nothing else the actual page...

Hopefully not a failing disk, but as I said disk scan (and also SMART) checked out fine atm. But its still the original drive in the FOX so it's getting on a bit, I wouldn't be surprised if its slowly dying.

There where a couple of errors mentioned over and over. Not very long I had recently cleared log before problems occurred. Attached the log.
