I don't think so as I don't even know how to view a non-freesat channel via the Humax.
The last thing I remember doing on Friday morning before going away was watching and then deleting a previous recording and then putting the Humax into standby as normal. If, however, I was distracted and...
When I returned from a weekend away this evening I found that three scheduled recordings that I had set up as normal had hadn't been activated, including one that should already have been in progress when I switched the Humax HDR on again. However when I set this latter programme to record...
As many other will have done I received an email from Humax this morning saying that a new OTA software update had been released yesterday to eliminate delays in setting up new recordings using the EPG. I've just checked and the update 1.00.17 does seem to have been loaded overnight and is...
I've got the same problem with the receiving broadcast information message and a long delay before this goes away and the EPG allows me to record. However I'm confused as to whether a freesat update or a factory reset is the the right way to go or, alternatively, to wait for Humax to provide a...
Thanks for this. By the way I meant to say that the software hadn't updated yet at 11.50 rather than 1.50 this morning - apologies for the typo - and indeed it still hasn't. I'l let you know when it has. GSD.
PS. At 15.30 today I managed to download the update by clicking on 'Software Update...
Martin, many thanks for this and I was assuming that the Foxsat HDR updated at 04.00 as our 9200T does. However as the Foxsat definitely hasn't updated yet as of 1.50 this morning does this happen automatically, say on the hour each hour, or do I have to click on 'Automatic Update' or 'Manual...
I received an email from Humax last Friday which implied that a new software update for the Foxsat HDR Freesat Recorder would be broadcast OTA on 1st June. I assumed that this meant that the update would take place overnight last night but as nothing has happened and clicking on 'Automatic...
Many thanks for this Martin and I'm very pleased to say that the 9200T is now fully recovered following a reset to default and is operating normally again, which is a great relief.
Thanks very much for this Martin but I think that the time has come to delete some of the recordings that we are very unlikely to ever have the time to watch!
What percentage of my 9200T's disc can I safely fill with recordings? I've only got just over 5% free at the moment and am concerned that if I decrease this further I might experience some problems.
Many thanks, GSD.
When I switch on my 9200T both the vision and sound on the TV start but then freeze almost immediately. I've tried switching the 9200T off and then on again using the switch on the back and have checked that all the electrical and aerial connections are properly set up. However as I can watch...
Does anyone know why the Freesat Guide timings for programmes scheduled to start from this Sunday morning onwards are all one hour earlier than they should be? Surely the powers that be can't have forgotten that the UK clocks go forward by one hour on Sunday morning!
Also Coronation Street...
Re: itv player on freesat
Thanks very much for this but I'm afraid that the cable run from the router to the Humax box would be too long to be practical so it looks like it will have to be the homeplug adaptors. However as I've absolutely no experience with these I would be very grateful if...
Re: itv player on freesat
Does this mean that you can view ITV Player using a Humax Freesat HDR box only or does this need to be connected to a broadband enabled computer? If you only need the Freesat HDR box can this also be used to view BBC IPlayer as well? Many thanks, GSD.
PS: I'm...
