My series recordings keep stopping saying there are no new episodes, but when I run the eprange and reboot they are back. Is there anything I can do to automate this ?
If I don't keep an eye on it it can go weeks without recording my programs. I don't tend to find out until later as I load them...
So I loaded up all my recordings with the record series option, and all seemed ok. The next day I got an email telling me of a failed recording - so logged in and saw that my entire schedule was reporting the last date in red. So I ran the eprange from diagnostic and that fixed the schedule...
Just to let you all know, I have had issues with windows 10 and SMB v1 of the humax. Despite my adding support in add and remove features, it would not work. My solution was to turn off 'exploit' protection in any firewall or virus protection you have - in my case it was malwarebytes that was...
Well with all the above in mind, mine has crashed a lot over the years, sometimes for ages before I even realise but the logs say this :-

I have one unit with a stock fan and one turned around. I noticed no difference in the amount of crashing before and after. The new unit gives the same temp readings as the old. I needed to turn up the fan on both to get a decent reported temp. No idea what the SOC is reading on both units...
