      No. power used during the day is std and power used at night are E7. The timing of day/night varies with provider I believe.You do however need a meter capable of doing the split.

      What it does NOT say is that you cannot use headlights between lighting up time and night as BH implied, and what i nit picked about. I always thought that if he stated a 'fact' he always checked it's validity first. Not checking is why we have so many stupid anti vaxxers.

      Re sweeper. That's the package I envisaged as being capable of doing it, but, as you say, I could not find a suitable trigger which is why I asked in this area as it's deffo CF will be involved.

      Not being the type of person who scatterguns posts, I feel that they're not necessary, and most almost duplicate posts seem to be met with the oft said comment "why have you posted the same thing twice?" or similar. I suspect that most use the 'new posts' facility so will not miss any posts...
