Is the 9200 recording to 3 minutes later than the scheduled programme time? If it is then it is doing what you've asked it to do. If the programme end is still missing then is the programme overrunning by more than 3 minutes?
The link to Flash 9200 isn't dead, however the Humax link on the Flash 9200 page is. Flash 9200 will do the job of loading the software and loader from your computer to the 9200, the similar Humax program is WDN4OAK which I have. BMAX has the v23 software, as I do, I also have the loader a409.
Martin has produced this download tool and instructions here. Humax seem to have destroyed their web-site so getting the latest software (v23) from them is not easy at the moment, however I'm sure one of us could supply you with it via e-mail.

The link in my first post no longer works so use the link in my post #125.
There is a well reported problem with the EPG after the recent channel re-shuffles but also incorrect tuning can cause problems. Are you tuned to only one transmitter? A quick check is to look for duplicate channels starting at channel number 800.
But everybody is running the same software so if the software is as bad as you suggest in post #2 then everybody would be suffering the same problems as you, and that clearly isn't the case.
I sympathise with you as you've had lots of problems but the fact is that only a small proportion of machines suffer disk corruption otherwise the internet would be flooded with posts complaining about it, therefore the software can't be as "flaky" as you suggest and my experience is no...
I really can't agree with your claims that "the 9200 has a hideously nasty habit of scrambling its disk" and "the software is just too flaky", if this was the case then almost every 9200 would be suffering disk corruption and this obviously isn't happening. I doubt very much that PVRs were...
Now armed with that information the two recording channels are on the same multiplex so only one tuner is needed for the recordings, that means you can watch any other channel with the second tuner.
Be aware that if you have the clock problem you will have --:-- (note the colon) in the right hand side of the display in STANDBY where the clock digits normally are. You have indicated ---- (no colon), this is normally seen in the left hand side of the display and does not indicate the clock...
