  aha i've remembered how to use web-if. i can't see tunefix in my list of installed stuff. although it only goes down as far as reset and no further?

  i have a bttv pro box and that's stable with the HD channel being in place since last wednesday's retune. with 100/100 for signal strength and quality.

  oh ok, as i've said before, i put the unit into standby every night when i go to bed, i hear it power down and the lights change colour to its resting state. i'll let you know what happens tomorrow morning anyway, enjoy your days

  i've no idea? i just find it odd that it only recently started to change the channel to 200, maybe 7-10 days ago at the most? i havent updated anything for ages. is disable-ota still necessary? is there nothing that can override these things to keep my favourites? what is a boot anyway. i switch...

  same result this morning despite adding the boot settings, did this before i saw black hole's detailed reply tho, what have i done wrong?? just ran the fixflashpackages thing i guess its a simple solution to leave it on 200, but its the favourites not being set that peeves me every day, again...

  hi again, first problem for ages and ages, and its only a minor one! every time i switch the box on in the morning its always on the red button channel, whereas it was set up to be on 1, any ideas?

  checking the detectads log it does indeed say content sharing disabled, so how do i reshare it please? i'm amazed at what goes on in the background also since i bought a new pc i have been unable to watch content from pc, the log for that says permission denied, does that sound like i have...
