  I have what I think is a very strange fault, which I'll try to explain as best I can…. For the last few weeks we've had regular problems with corruption/blocking during playback of recordings, this makes the playback completely unusable. AFAIK the affected recordings are all from HD channels...

  I'm on the Emely Moor TX and was confused on the 19th.... I retuned a TV 1st and the 12/19 channels didn't swap so I didn't touch my HDR.   Hmmm, I haven't done a retune and I can't see any difference at all on my Hummy (i.e. 12 = Yesterday & 19 = Dave, shouldn't they be screwed-up since I haven't re-tuned?) of am I missing something? I'm on the Emley Moor TX.

  I'd be interested in an Apple based thread being an OS X and iOS user. I've only had my HDR-FOX T2 for 2-days but it's already modified. I just installed the samba package (i'm running ML) and the Humax shows up in Finder but I get the "version not supported message" too I use Filezilla too...

  Hi, Nope I didn't. It actually didn't totally die it seems. It was just suffering from memory corruption I think, too many channels and too many TAPs I reckon! I'm going to totally wipe it and see if it settles down, and then use it as a 2nd machine.

  Hi, Yes I'm already pretty-much up and running add-on wise thanks :-) I was very impressed how quickly I could get the mods installed, very slick (and having an Ethernet interface instead of a USB i/f is so useful :-) I have a few queries already but will post them later in a separate thread.
