My guess is that they may be preparing to update the new AuraEZ and we are testing the ground.Thats the earliest date. They may choose to extend support. Not holding my breath!

Exactly. Unbelievable really!Given this update has taken a long time to appear you'd think proper debugging and testing would have been done.
Yes, I confirm those settings in Filezilla. The Aura is visible in the router on 192.168.1.115, which is what I have in Filezilla. Are you using anonymous or with a password?
Both worked for me with filezilla with file sharing turned on with the AURA, it may be off after update.
Currently (Plain FTP , port 2323, logon Normal,user aura, Pass 0000 {Default pass}).
is the Aura visible as a device in windows 11,10.
Yes, I've noticed that as well. But it's different for the Aura's own recordings, which have to be up several notches, and files streamed from the PC and viewed via Kodi which are unchanged. Not a major problem, but hardly an improvement. The other thing I've noticed is that the sound is slightly lower than it was before. I have the sound turned up to its fullest on the Aura which is '15' (which is what I had before) but I now have to turn the sound up an extra 2-3 notches on my tv.
I am used to the screen do a quick flash when it changes resolution, but now it flashes several times but doesn’t seem to make a changes.have had screen flashing for a long time it appears to be the screen resolution being updated when playing something, I think its the upscaling which cant be turned off on the Aura.
My TV and AV Amp and Bluray player all have it, I turned it off on the amp.

In the past when I lost access to the Aura from My PC I switched both off, the Aura at the mains , PC normal shutdown.Yes, I confirm those settings in Filezilla. The Aura is visible in the router on 192.168.1.115, which is what I have in Filezilla.
Thanks also to EEPhil - turning on and off various things is exactly what I've been doing, with no luck so far, but I'll try again.
I don't use FTP much, so I think I'll wait to see if another update comes along. Maybe that will fix it, or at least it will be fixed after another update and a factory reset.
A standard reboot not a reset ought to work. Thanks also to EEPhil - turning on and off various things is exactly what I've been doing, with no luck so far, but I'll try again.
