Best HDD (from Amazon?)

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a good 1TB hard drive that I can buy to install into my PVR?

I've taken a look at the forums, but a lot of the links are now dead.

I understand that I have to get a Video hard drive, rather than a "standard" PC drive, but can anybody recommend one (with a link to Amazon or other UK retailer).

1TB will be enough for me.

I'd recommend going with a Seagate (WD have fragmented their drive line-up somewhat and some of their PVR-ready drives aren't really..)

Yes, so have others successfully, and some have had problems with WD drives. I would rather bow to the knowledge of the experts here and go for the Seagate. (Like wot I did)

I experienced the opposite. Nothing but trouble with Seagate, not a problem with WD. Pays your money and takes a chance...

It's strange, I tend to go for Seagate drives in PCs but have put WD Greens in a few DVRs.
