Humax FHR-6000T Will this need its own listing in the forum? ( Now named the Aura EZ 4K Freely Recorder)

Obviously he was only talking about Freely. He already said in a previous post that.................. "But I did want a recorder." and he was replying to me, I had said " . I hope you are not expecting the Aura EZ to actually record Freely,"

What I would say is don't expect the Aura EZ to record internet streams - it might but I very much doubt it. It probably will record if there is a version of a channel available through the aerial - if it's connected and you've scanned for channels. (A bit long-winded, hope it makes sense).

We might as well all give up going on about rogue and missing apostrophes then. Should we close AvP as well? :D
Maybe someone can produce a glossary of correct terms, titles and grammar to use here to avoid certain confrontation from site pedants and Brian can make it a sticky.

Sorry

Two topics

I was expecting the aura-like EZ would be good

Some people raved (about the aura)
I think a & b were used far more frequently than c by anyone who has owned an Aura for a while and not in a positive way....................

rave verb

raved; raving
Synonyms of rave
intransitive verb
a
: to talk irrationally in or as if in delirium
b
: to speak out wildly
c
: to talk with extreme enthusiasm

You, or Owen? I never said either of you...

Perhaps it's colloquial. "On Demand" might be an alternative.
This

I wasn't to record either live or on demand channels delivered wirelessly via the internet.
I was thinking about what used to be called terrestrial (presumably what the T in t4 stands for

Did I say that? I never said that. Clearly AvP is for pedantry, with the purpose of turning off pedantic mode elsewhere.
No you didn't explicitly say it. Let's say you gave me that impression. As for turning off pedantic mode elsewhere - :rolling:I wish you luck with that endeavour.

Well its official, it records from aerial only, not really a surprise.

According to cordbusters and an owner from AVForums.
