I was surprised by the increase in the popularity of "A Place In The Sun (15%)" at #2 in the list - I don't think it was in the top 100 until recently

The calculation of the top 10 really need to be changed to only count unique users so that a single user cannot skew the results so much,

Does it really matter what the RS top 500 shows? It doesn't affect anything, it's just a bit of amusement.

It does sometimes show me shows that I have missed when perusing the EPG but when it starts showing non-recordable shows it becomes rather useless.
