Media mistakes

Look on the bright side, Sky (Comcast) has bought ITV and having another thing taken over by the Yanks is sure to make everything better isn't it ? ⚰️
Supposedly everything ITV should remain unchanged until 2034. Can't see that being true. ITN, a news provider originally created and wholly owned by the 15 regional ITV companies, 40% owned by ITV (ITV or ITV Studios?) or Sky News, 100% owned by Sky? ITVX (free and allegedly hackable) or Sky's streaming behind a paywall?
Free-to-air from current transmitter, or streaming? Given the stated aim of this takeover is to compete with Netflix etc., what to do you think?
