I am only using the 16x16 image on my iPad and laptop, so would like something that is simple and easy to make out at that resolution.

How did you manage to do this? I have tried without success, and would like to know how to do it.

Replace the icon set in the WebIF files, then in the browser you need to clear the cache and re-make the bookmarks.

Goodness, so much angst about a little icon.

Thanks, I have managed to replace the favicon.ico image, which displays correctly in the tabs of my laptop browser (Firefox 22.0) but I am struggling with my iPad browser (Mercury Browser 7.4.1).
