Mr Lazy & ThatMartinChap, Thanks a lot. Now downloaded, and first on my list of things to do when I get home!
Remember to rename the file to "hdr_fox_t2.upgrade.hdf"

And how long does it take to copy and paste the release notes? Surely they are pre-prepared.
ftp is ok in IE, but I can't get it going in FireFTP
No, and it never will with files transferred via FTP. Humax say FTP is for archive purposes only.trying to play files on pc from humax, anyone manage it yet?

On the HDR T2 all video, both SD and HD, is encrypted as it is recorded onto the internal hard disk. SD files later copied from the hard disk to USB are decrypted on the fly as they are transferred.
I asked during the beta and they said that they were at or near the limit of the cache allowed by the BBCNo, streamed only, but that's all I was expecting, don't believe anyone at Humax has suggested D/L would be available.
Can you copy onto it even if you can't see anything to copy off?
No they are not lost.Does anyone know if all timers are lost if you do the memory stick upgrade?

I'll second filezilla, It's what I used to transfer all my audio onto the T2. I put it there instead of accesing it over the network as the UI is 10x faster on the local drive.

Really annoying.... I thought that this would allow the ability to stream/ transfer to the PC for Archive.... but it appears not.......framedtoo said: ↑
