      Hi Erza, thanks for the reply, I did actually manage to get a backup of my shedule from the 18th back on to the humax earlier today so all is well at the moment. I am planning on a manual tune but will probably put this off until 1.02.29 is OTA.

      Problems using VLC to stream content

      I am using the custom firmware and do as above but also you can load windows media player and see if you humax appears on the left had side. If you can browse to the file and selected them you can right click to find the location and then cut and paste that into VLC and it will start.

I can see all the file on my PC via Mediatomb I believe that is the addon that gives me that facility but when I double click on a file within the directory listings...

      Well if/when .27 goes `live` and comes out of beta hopefully with some of the issues fixed that people have posted about I am sure I will find the time to update everything as it is now I will wait for that becuase I dont like to mess with stuff that works :)
