My TV and HDMI chain does support Dolby Vision. Just not in 60Hz mode (too much bandwidth for 60 Hz 4:2:2 for my LG E6)
But because refresh rate of 24/25 can't be picked they'll be no Dolby Vision.
From experience of the shield only Kodi succeeds in simultaneously switching down resolution and then forcing Dolby Vision. For Netflix, Disney and Apple (if they arrive on Humax) the refresh has to be switched beforehand to be offered the DV stream.
But as above that's impossible because Humax haven't given us a proper 24, 25 or even 30 Hz option (which some believe it or not need if they're 60 Hz Dolby Vision native..was a Netflix trial with a detective vide to it)
TLDR, while on paper this box supports Dolby vision, in practice I don't think it will work.
HLG does trigger.

. But without factory refresh rate support and removal of the virgin to allow manual selection this thing is basically unusable in UK if you think you might have need for both 50 Hz and 24 or even some of the 25 material out there
