Did he mix him up with his brother I wonder?
Perhaps he was being sarcastic calling PoW "her majesty", just like some people (ie. me) do when referring to those with an over-inflated ego as "your majesty". If so - off with his head!

I somehow doubt it. I've heard people do the opposite - referring to the king/queen as his/her royal highness - who really should know better.

I can't say "Kate" would be put into that category. Now that dreadful American woman is a different matter altogether, and would be worthy of the sarcasm.
(I didn't see her on Ct.1 yesterday, nor did she scan my ticket for entry.)
