I used to get plenty of 
 on my repeat prescription form.
Changed pharmacist and no longer get the form - or the messages the surgery sometimes leaves on it. Now when is my medication review?

They still print them, even in this digital world. They just throw them away - sometimes they ask you if you want it.
What really bugs me is the sheer number of sticky labels they put on, all with (often multiple items of) personal information that needs to be destroyed before it goes in the bin.

Old pharmacist usually did. New pharmacist has a machine that dispenses some prescriptions - if it's working. Whoever makes up the prescription doesn't include the form. As for sticky labels - if only they were sticky. There's enough of them but the glue is useless.
