It works fine on my iPhone running iOS 4, it's jailbroken but that shouldn't make a difference.
 
EPG suggestion - if you are looking at the Now/Next style EPG the option to switch to Grid style is at the top :) - but if you are on the Grid style EPG you have to go all the way to the bottom to get the button to switch to Now/Next :(. On a mobile device this involves having to wait for the screen to populate down to the bottom before you can get to the button. Could the EPG style switch buttons both be at the top please?
 
Nope, can't get the RS WebIF to work 100% on my iPhone.

Although the EPG looks fully populated the 'loading Now/Next info..' is alway spinning and never completes.

I have found that if I tap on any programme entry in the EPG whether on now or coming on next, I do not get any programme information and the whole screen simply scrolles back to the top of the page. Also, I cannot switch between Grid and conventional EPG.

The conventional WebIF works fine on my iPhone.

This morning while at work on yet another WiFi network the same happens with the RS WebIF.

I know it's something at my end, but just cant fathom it.
 
@Wallace - what about trying an alternative browser just to see if it is something related to your phones Safari stuff specifically? I just checked the App store - Opera do a mini browser for free you could try?
 
I have already tried Perfect Browser and Atomic Browser with exactly the same results, but I will try Opera next.

I have just cleared the cache, cookies and history for the umpteenth time and still no go Also rebooted iPhone (not just off/on but a cold boot). Opera next.....
 
Would you Adam & Eve it? Opera Mini works!

I thought trying three browsers (incl Safari) was a reasonable enough test. Evidently not.

Just tried Safari again and that now works too. Don't know what's gone on.

I have cleared the cache, cookies, history and cold rebooted before in an effort to sort the issue and it has not previously worked, this time it did.

Ah well, until next time.

I tried the iPhone webif using an Android emulator earlier and everything worked as expected. You might want to try removing the package and then reinstalling or just wait for v 0.0.3.

Just upgraded to 0.0.3, now working fine. Thanks for your efforts!
 
I'm looking for a few people to beta test a new RS portal feature... any volunteers?
 
af123: I just set a recording for Harry Hill on Sat on ITV1HD, and its scheduled it for Family Fortunes? any idea whats happening here? :confused:
