SCRIDs

Incredible ain't it? I've known about this since Sunday, yet they seem completely oblivious. Some of the services that were missing have since been filled in, but when I looked yesterday ITV1 HD, ITV1 and ITV1+1 were all still blank for the whole TV day. I almost never watch/record anything on ITV though, so I don't care :).

Yeah, I've known since the RT was published and went to put the Royal Variety Show on to record.

Have you told them about it via their webform? https://itv-vs-hub.kustomer.help/en_gb/contact/itv-programmes-form-5-S1VnW8WSI

It's possible they are unaware as so much else is correct on their services EPG data.

NB the same issue is on the freest EPG as well (Anglia West, at least). $ky and Virgin may be different (but probably use the same data, filtered)
ITV EPG data is now present for Sunday (south region at least)

This is not the first time that a channel (not just ITV) has had large chunks of EPG missing - but it always seems to turn up a few days before the actual day.

Just checked the box and okay - perhaps a blip overnight on RS ? Did an RS/PUSH from diagnostics and RS now has Ch4 populated.

C4HD was fixed at 09:53 this morning. Two days' worth:

C4 at about the same time.
E4 is still missing the whole "TV day" for Saturday. "GREAT! movies extra" is missing both Sat. and Sun. TV days.

Interestingly, both "G! m e" and "Blaze+1" are only broadcasting for 1 hour per day.
I thought the "rulez" from the useless regulator(s) stipulated a 2 hour minimum, otherwise they lose their EPG slots.

Moves4Men+1 (renamed a few times and also, I think, was at one point just on the Manchester mux), and Blaze+1, were introduced when the minimum was 1 hour. When the formal minimum was introduced at 2 hours and then increased to 6 hours the increase was only applicable to new channels. "G! m e" inherited its minimum from Movies4Men+1 via a few name changes.

I'm afraid you are mistaken about the history (I have no idea about the minimums). Here are the extracts from my tunefix-update change logs:
Code:
2023-10-19 Rename GREAT! movies +1 to GREAT! movies extra
2021-06-23 Rename Sony Movies +1 to GREAT! movies +1
2019-09-12 Rename Sony Movie Channel+1 to Sony Movies +1
2019-06-28 Remove movies4men+1
LCN change from 50 to 61 for Sony Movie Channel+1
2019-05-14 Rename Sony Crime Channel +1 to movies4men+1
So "Sony Crime Channel +1" became "m4m+1" and was removed just 6 weeks later.
"Sony Movie Channel +1" became "G! m e".

History before Mar. 2016 is not available (that was the start of tunefix-update), however a bit more digging gives the predecessors to the non +1 versions:
Sony Crime Channel <-- Sony Channel <-- Sony Entertainment Television
Sony Movie Channel <-- Movies4Men 2 <-- ACTIONMAX <-- Bad Movies
which is probably where you got your m4m reference from, albeit the wrong one.

And again... C4 & C5 HD (and their SD/+1 counterparts) missing for Sat. TV day next week. C4s also missing for Sun.
(Also affecting POP MAX from Fri. onwards, but I doubt anyone cares much about that.)
I expect they'll mend it tomorrow sometime, but one really does wonder what the root problem is and why they're so asleep at the wheel on such a regular basis.

I've just noticed Infinite Monkey Cage has changed S-CRID. I've missed a few (available on iPlayer of course)!

New Zealand Earth's Mythical Islands. BBC4 Sundays 19:00-20:00

I setup a series recording last week for this, but just noticed, 25min in that this Sundays episode 2 is NOT recording.
Why? I suspect last episode Series CRID was:
FP.BBC.CO.UK/B/3LND03/04 and now this episode 2 SCRID is partly lower case:
fp.bbc.co.uk/b/3LND03/04.
Either CRIDS are case sensitive or my Humax HDR Fox is discriminating it when it shouldn't (or the SCRID has changed!)

Is this a BBC programming error or my Humax?

The SCRIDs haven't changed. Here's my logger output (the last field is the SCRID and the penultimate one the CRID).
