[rs] Remote Scheduling Portal

I have always been reluctant to use the portal in case it missed scheduling my programs. Now I know this isnt a bug and how it works, I think I will start using it now.

Tried a couple of times now but been unsuccessful. Sent a couple via my mobile, with the unit on then with it on standby and rebooted but still no luck, am i doing something wrong? Any suggestions?
 
The RS Server never initiates contact to your Humax, your humax will contact the RS Server when it wakes from standby, you can see the last time your Humax contacted the RS Server by looking at Recent Activity screen Link HERE, It is possible for force the Humax to contact the RS Server in the Web-If >> Diagnostics >> Run Diagnostic >> diskpush or chanpush notes HERE

Ah OK I guess that was to make it work with the HD channels in their usual place (in fact I think it might have been me that raised this when we were beta testing!!). Just a thought for the wish list - would there be any chance of a user setting to set it to favour higher or lower numbers? That way if you've used renumber to get your HD channels onto single digits you could get it to favour the lower numbers, and if you've still got your HD's in the 100+'s you can set it to favour higher numbers? That would also serve a purpose if they ever move the HD channels again(?)
 
http://rs.hummypkg.org.uk/ has just given me a "Connection Refused" message in IE9 and from behind the work firewall. It was working 10 minutes ago. Don't need it urgently but thought I'd mention it. If it's working for everyone else then maybe our Internet Police have finally tracked me down!!! :eek:

I have just noticed that the RS EPG is now missing ITV1 HD, this is probably due to the ITV rebranding yesterday.

It will probably also affect ITV1 and ITV1+1, as they have all had the 1 removed from ITV.

Edit: After several browser refreshes, 103 ITV1 HD has reappeared in my webif EPG, with its usual logo. This channel will presumably need renaming ITV HD, and the logo replacing at af123's end.
 
Done - not sure I'm too keen on them although the ones other than ITV are at least fairly muted.
 
af123, did you get chance to have another look at the RS EPG since making the ITV changes yesterday? The allocated space for channel names seems to have been reduced, I am now missing 4 characters from the end of my longest channel name. This was shown correctly before the changes were made.
 
You have previously fixed them for me in both RS, and webif EPG's. It is still OK in the webif EPG.
 
Strange - it's set to 120 pixels wide whereas the webif one is set to 160 pixels. Strange thing is that the line in the code hasn't changed since 30th September 2011. I've set it 160 pixels to match the webif now though.
