That is why I was thinking 4 lines of 3 keeps News and Entertainment/Drama together But should it really be 4x4 for the 16 possible values including Unclassified?- MymsMan

Perhaps split the list over 3/4 lines so that it formats better in narrow windows. I assume the same text will appear on the EPG details, Media details and everywhere else Genre is used in the webif, will hmt program also follow suit?- MymsMan

Yes, that works for me on both Webif and RS I am not sure why it isn't working for you I never normally use Genre searches because I don't trust that prorammes have been callassified correctly - The fact that Great... weren't appearing before seems to indicate they weren't setting the genre...- MymsMan

Tuned Multiplex Information for DVB-T channels missing on one T2 - Solved
Don't worry about it, you can see live signal strengths via the Hidden service menu The data displayed on that webif menu is always out of date, it is pity that noone has worked out how to access the live signal data from the webif- MymsMan

HD live picture break up now HD mux is on offset channel
I know you have already tried switching drives without noticeable difference but it would still be worth running fixdisk in Maintenance mode to confirm that there are no problems on the disk, retrying from a write error could introduce a problem and a single bad sector can slow the system down...- MymsMan

HD live picture break up now HD mux is on offset channel
Personally I rarely watch/record HD programmes because we live opposite woodland and the HD channels seem the most affected by any interference. It has been better since the aerial was moved to a pole that is just above the tree line. The source of your problems could be outside the Humax! Are...- MymsMan

Playback of Ad-Detected recordings intermittently stops
It is not a symptom that I have seen reported before, I am assuming you are using the cropping so try turning that option off- MymsMan

Yes my two occurences of the RTS background thread exiting correspond to the two recent occurences of the Setup wizzard running The setup wizzard is indirectly causing RTS to terminate by necessitating the auto schedule restore, this only causes a problem when there is no schedule to restore...- MymsMan

Should I be looking for a new drive?
I am still using my original hard disk that has suffered a few bad sectors over the years and it has outlived the original Humax. Only start to worry if the number of bad sectors increases rapidly- MymsMan

AFAIK No other folder level setting automatically propagates down to sub folders, for Sweeper you have to explicitly specify if a rule is the apply to files in sub-folders. For other setting such as auto-decrypt we have the Recursive flavours for use if desired. For consistency with the rest...- MymsMan
