Hi all,
I don't use the web-if very much. But it very useful for a spring clean. I logged in as usual, to be met with the usual banner (attached) and just 'loading...' it does nothing after this.
I tried to re-install the web-if via telnet, but I get an error message (attached).
Any advice on...
I'm running the latest firmware with all the latest packages. HDR-FOX T2.
I've noticed recently that upon going into the power options menu (to select the power saving option etc..) the machine freezes for about 5 minutes, audio and picture continue in the background but the box refuses to do...
Sorry, the time out message is just below the line of the keyboard.
It takes about 8 minutes to time out. I've tried a handful of times and the result is the same.
I suspect some symptoms I'm suffering on my HDR are down to a corrupt hard disk (choppy playback on recordings, inconsistent chase play).
I'm running CF 2.15. Running the Hard Disk Diag screen via Webif shows a couple of errors. "Current pending sector" and "offline uncorrectable". The short...
On my Toshiba TV this is an HDMI handshake problem. Turning the TV off at the wall (not just remote) for about 30 seconds usually sorts it. If not, try turning both the TV and Humax off at the wall for a bit and then restart, this has worked for me.
Good luck

Thanks for working on this.
Coincidentally after no problems since a couple of re-tunes post DSO. I installed this anyway...
This morning? It's asking for a retune :( will the script stop the auto tune or should it stop the Notification appearing at all?
UPDATE: after 3mins it auto tuned by...
It appears to be slower for me. Actually I occasionally get a green screen and have to unplug my TV from the wall to get it working again. Though I'm inclined t blame this on the TV rather than the Humax.
