Assume v. Presume

Well, I was offering an olive branch, but I'm quite happy to withdraw it!
Accepted! Now I must find out what happened to Trev...All I wanted to say was that I was not a Trevist, but seemed to have wished him away entirely. Careless words cost Trevs, indeed.:speechless:

So who is your avatar? It looks as though he is holding a colourful golf club like a javelin!
The late actor Peter Swanwick (1922-1968) - a local lad (from Nottingham). Best known as "The Supervisor" aka number 28 (sometimes 27) in the 1967 series "The Prisoner". The colourful item is a telephone - he's about to call an orange alert.
(I was never happy with the original avatar. raydon once referred to me as Einstein in a reply. Rather than go for the obvious, I went for Ein Stein. It was a bit naff and I got fed up with it.)

The ending was something of a flat though iirc. (At least, I can't really remember it, so it obviously wasn't that good :( )

Quite right.
If it was a follow on to Danger Man, some of the episodes make sense (sort of). The ending (last two episodes) were :poop: imho.
But, I was never claiming the programme was any good - just answering Mike0001's question.

There was a fad for these "mysterious" programmes in the 60s and 70s. It was seen to be "clever" to include a supernatural element. I suppose it had something to do with the death of religion and the number of people smoking pot.

Remember Twin Peaks? What a load of poop that was! :poop:

Poop or just a bunch of fossils who can only cope with reality? Stop taking your mothers meds and go see Alice and expand those narrow minds.
