Is the yellow line supposed to carry on beyond the bottom of the EPG grid?
Mine goes through the yellow button underneath, and continues on below it, I suppose it is the equivalent of two channels too long.

It also remains on screen at the left hand side when you view later times in the EPG, surely it should not show then.

Grid format looking good! Is it going to find it's way into the webif? (wondering if I can iPhone it!)
It's there already if you change the URL by hand to /xepg.shtml.. nothing happens for a minute though while it chugs away so I need to look at it again.

Yes, or at least I know why that's happening and not fixing it was intentional. Fixed now though although it might still go slightly below the grid.

Fixed, thanks.

I have noticed that when I click on any program in the RS EPG, I get an error message at the top of that popup window which says:

'Notice: Undefined property: epg::$szSvcName in /data/custweb/rs.hummypkg.org.uk/lib/epg.class on line 399'

The program data etc is all there and everything seems to be working, just this message.

I have tried several channels and program combinations as still get the error.

Hi everyone!
My set-up is HDFOX -T2 + 500GB Buffalo HDD. I view Webif on my ipad2 (Safari)
I like to try everything new that comes along and upgraded to the latest offerings. I am currently trying out xepg.shtml.
Two things I note. 1. The 'Up to top' button scrolls off the page in all versions of EPG including SCL. and 2. selecting 'Switch to standard now/next display' in xepg.shtml results in '404 file not found'! 192.../epg.shtml finds it.
Keep up the good work.

One thing I have noticed with regard to series recording is that on the native recording schedule page if the next episode falls within the EPG data boundary, you are given visibility of it by using the right arrow. With the WebIF and RS WebIF, you cannot see this.

It is easily demonstrated with Strictly. It's shown this Friday and Saturday (and shows as such in the native schedule). While Fridays show is listed in the WebIF, you have to trust that it has set the series link. Now that's obvious if you check the Hummy directly, but what if you aren't near you Hummy?

Only a minor thing, just thought I would mention it.

Having written that, but thinking it through a bit more. You do have the series link icon showing in the WebIF, so I suppose that's answered my own question really.

Would it be possible to have an option to change the number of hours shown in the grid EPG to 2 hours or 3 hours, instead of the current 4 hours. This would allow more of the programme details to be shown rather than having them truncated as they are now.

Is there a problem with the formatting of the text within the programme boxes in the grid, as the text seems to start close to the left hand side, but there is a big blank area to the right hand side, and most programmes have the end of the text missing. In many cases, the empty space on the right would be big enough to contain the missing text.

Yes, the EPG isn't perfect yet. I have no idea why the text is being truncated in some programme boxes - hovering the mouse over them shows the full text but more text would be best. There are other problems too and sometimes the programmes are misaligned with the time bar.

I think I'm going to try implementing again in a different way which will give more flexibility and allow different time windows as you suggest.

The 'Up to top' button scrolls off the page in all versions of EPG including SCL.

Can you explain this a bit more please? That button is supposed to fade away when you're near the top of the page (since there isn't much point showing it at that point).

Thanks.
