Does the Setting for grid style EPG work? It doesn't for me. Whenever I enter the EPG, it is always Now/Next. I can change it to Grid, but it is obviously ignoring my default setting.

Is there a quick way of changing the EPG channel list? I know I can set it from the settings page, and most of the time I am happy with my default setting (Favourites 1 for me). But there are occasions when it would be useful to flip it to show all channels or a different favourites set.
This might also be beneficial when in the following situation...
- you have a scheduled recording for a channel that is not in your default EPG list
- on the schedule page, you click the start time of the programme
- the EPG is displayed, but the programme is not visible because it is not in the default channel list.

af123, do you think you could find the log with the email sent which shows Knight and day not processed? That email when received by me would have shown the film in my list, is that not so?
 
That should be ample size to cope with an email containing the contents of the log in post 328 above. So that can be ruled out as a cause for missing entries in the emails. One other question: there is only one RS auto email sent per day at 8.00 am?

af123, could you (or anyone else that may know) confirm whether or not the text search in rs auto is case-sensitive or not? I went through the Christmas Radio Times last night and added in loads of auto-searches for things I want to record over Christmas, but I was (lazily) typing in lower case as I was using a smartphone, so if it is case-sensitive I'll need to go and amend them all!!

On a vaguely related note, I've noticed recently that the mobile version of the rs portal isn't displaying correctly in the Chrome browser on my Android phone, it's lost all the formatting as if a style sheet can't be loaded or something. It looks OK if I view the mobile version of rs in the stock Android browser and the mobile version of WebIF looks fine on Chrome for Android as well. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be, or has anyone else had a similar problem?Screenshot_2013-12-17-13-32-30.png
 
It is not case sensitive but there will be cases when searches performed on your machine will not match searches performed by rs. Just as in the case you quoted.
